OMKARESHWAR TO INDORE:
This temple is situated near the entrance of the OMKARESHWAR
TO INDORE. Jagadguru Shankaracharya received the initiation and yoga article education by his master Govind Bhagvadpad in Omkareshwar. IN OMKARESHWAR TO INDORE Govindeshwar cave is the same place where Jagadguru Shankaracharya had initiated the initiation. Govind Bhagwadpatt used to live and practised penance.
Panchamukhi Ganesh Temple:
The first Panchmukhi Ganesh temple is located on the main temple of Omkareshwar. Here the statue of Ganesha is considered to be self-centred. Panchmukhi Ganesh temple has been created from the same stone that Shri Omkareshwar has appeared. In the statue, two faces are 2 faces left and 1 face towards the front. The devotees visit here before Omkareshwar.
Mahakaleshwar Temple:
Sri Omkareshwar Temple is situated on the second floor from the bottom of the temple in Omkareshwar. Here Shri Mahakaleshwar is above and above Omkareshwar. In Shree Mahakaleeshwar temple, devotees recite prayers with reverence. If the Mahakaleshwar does not visit Mahakaleshwar, then Omkareshwar Jyotirling's journey is incomplete She goes.
Mamleshwar Temple:
The Mamleshwar Temple is located on the south bank of Narmada, it is also known as Amareshwar. The devotees visit Omkareshwar and Mamaleeshwar in both places. This temple is a unique sampling of ancient architectural art and crafts. Many great sources have been carved on the walls of the temple. Maharani Ahilya Bai Holkar used to recite prayers in this temple and since then the priest of the Holkar Trust till now worship the priest here.
Shrirtha temple:
This temple is situated near the Mamleshwar Temple. This temple is very visible. The idols of 24 incarnations are established in this temple. The temple is very beautifully carved and carved.
Gurudwara Omkareshwar sahib:
Shri Gurunanak Dev Ji Maharaj came to Omkareshwar during his Bharat Parikshit Yatra. A Gurudwara has been constructed here by the Sikh religious leaders in memory of this incident. The devotees of Hindu and Sikh society are seen here with great reverence and faith.
Annapurna Temple:
Annapurna Temple is an ancient temple. The temple complex is very big. Saramangala Temple is also located in the temple premises, in Annapurna Temple the statue of Goddess Lakshmi, Saraswati and Parvati are situated. Here is a huge statue of Lord Krishna, 35 feet high.
